The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor never comes off. The mission just changes.
The Marine Corps League – SgtMaj Michael Curtin Detachment 1124 is where Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and veterans continue the brotherhood and sense of purpose we carried in uniform.
We may have hung up the uniform, but the bond remains.
Marines understand something most people never will — the unbreakable bond forged through shared hardship, sacrifice, and service. Here, you reconnect with that bond alongside fellow Marines and FMF Corpsmen who still live by the values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
Our service didn’t end when we left active duty. Through the Marine Corps League, we continue serving our community — supporting local veterans, participating in military ceremonies, honoring the fallen, and helping those who need it most.
The Marine Corps has a proud history earned through generations of Marines who answered the call. As members of the League, we carry that legacy forward by mentoring young people, supporting future Marines, and ensuring the traditions of our Corps never fade.
No Marine fights alone. Our detachment stands ready to support fellow veterans and their families with resources, guidance, and a network of Marines who always have each other’s six.
Too many veterans miss the sense of purpose that came with service. The Marine Corps League gives you a way to stay involved, stay connected, and continue making an impact right here in Pasco County.
If you’re a Marine, FMF Corpsman, or honorably discharged veteran, there’s a place for you here.
The brotherhood didn’t end when you left the Corps. It’s waiting for you here.
Join us. Stand shoulder to shoulder with Marines again. Continue the mission.
Semper Fidelis.
